We accept PayPal, money orders in US funds, or carefully concealed cash. To place an order, please email us at info@evergreenrattery.com with the item(s) you want, the size or color if applicable, your method of payment, and your shipping address. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours letting you know if the item(s) you have selected are still available, your total, where to send the money (if paying by money order or cash), or our PayPal address (if paying by PayPal). You will also get an approximate date of when to expect your order. All items are made after they are ordered so if you would like to make any changes to our current designs, feel free to ask about it in your email.
Shipping Information
For all items except agility equipment, there is a flat rate of $1.50 for small orders (around 1-3 items), $2.00 for medium orders (around 3-6 items) and $2.50 for larger orders (more than 6 items). For agility equipment each obstacle has its own shipping cost (shown on the Agility Equipment page), or they can be packed into a flat rate box and the shipping cost will be $9.80 within the US.
Outside of the US, shipping costs are $2.50 for small orders, $3.00 for medium orders, and $3.50 for larger orders. Agility obstacles each have their own shipping costs (shown on the Agility Equipment page).

Returns
All hand-made items are non-returnable, though if there is a defect in the craftmanship or the item is damaged in shipping we would be happy to replace the item at no charge. Non-handcrafted items can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping.

Want to save $2 on your next order? Simply send us a picture of you or your rat enjoying one of our products for our Product Gallery and receive $2 off your next order from our store! Limit one discount per order and per month. Evergreen Rattery retains the rights to any and all pictures submitted for this purpose.
