We accept PayPal (preferred), money orders in Canadian dollars, or carefully concealed Canadian cash. To place an order, please email us at store@evergreenrattery.com with the item(s) you want, the size or color if applicable, your method of payment, and your shipping address. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours letting you know if the item(s) you have selected are still available, your total, where to send the money (if paying by money order or cash), or our PayPal address (if paying by PayPal). You will also get an approximate date of when to expect your order. All items are made after they are ordered so if you would like to make any changes to our current designs, feel free to ask about it in your email.

All hand-made items are non-returnable, though if there is a defect in the craftmanship or the item is damaged in shipping we would be happy to replace the item at no charge. Non-handcrafted items can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
