Due to the increased cost in shipping to Australia we have revised our shipping costs slightly. Shipping to the US, Canada, and Mexico remains the same, but shipping to Australia is unfortunately a bit higher. For other countries please email us if you are concerned about shipping costs.

Due to insurmountable difficulties, we have decided to discontinue agility equipment at this time. We do hope to have the obstacles for sale eventually but at this point it is not cost or time effective. The prize for September has been posted on our Monthly Prize Drawing page.
We accept PayPal, money orders in US funds, or carefully concealed cash. To place an order, please email us at info@evergreenrattery.com with the item(s) you want, the size or color if applicable, your method of payment, and your shipping address. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours letting you know if the item(s) you have selected are still available, your total, where to send the money (if paying by money order or cash), or our PayPal address (if paying by PayPal). You will also get an approximate date of when to expect your order. All items are made after they are ordered so if you would like to make any changes to our current designs, feel free to ask about it in your email.

All hand-made items are non-returnable, though if there is a defect in the craftmanship or the item is damaged in shipping we would be happy to replace the item at no charge. Non-handcrafted items can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
