Soft Carriers

Past Litters

Great for transporting rats in public places or just around the house, these carriers are made of faux leather with a polar fleece liner and close with a zipper. They have an aluminum screen mesh panel (not as shown) for plenty of air circulation with no way to escape. Machine washable. Adjustable shoulder strap. Bag measures 6" x 7" x 7" and can hold 1-2 rats. Outer shell only available in black at this time. Liner available in any of the polar fleece fabrics shown on our Hammocks page.

Note: the design for these has changed since these photos were taken, the carrier now uses an aluminum window screen mesh rather than 1/4" galvanized wire so the bar spacing is smaller but the entire item is more flexible and easier to store and wash. The zipper has also changed to a purse zipper, which has two zipper heads so it can be unzipped in the center or at either side.

Soft Packs

A more simple design great for helping small children to carry rats safely as well as socializing new rats or litters of babies, this polar fleece pack can carry up to two adult rats and is worn either around the neck or across the shoulder. Can be made with an open top or a velcro closure (not escape-proof). Machine washable. Adjustable shoulder strap fits almost any size, including children. Pack measures 6" x 8" x 3". Available in any of the polar fleece fabrics shown on our Hammocks page. Custom sizes, designs, and colors available upon request.

We accept PayPal, money orders in US funds, or carefully concealed cash. To place an order, please email info@evergreenrattery.com with the items you want, color if applicable, your method of payment, and your shipping address. Do not send payment without ordering first! After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours letting you know your total, where to send the money (if paying by money order or cash), or our PayPal address (if paying by PayPal). This particular item is more difficult to make and generally takes 3-5 business days to be made and shipped out. All carriers are made after they are ordered so if you would like to make any changes to our current designs, feel free to ask about it in your email.

Returns
All hand-made items are non-returnable, though if there is a defect in the craftmanship or the item is damaged in shipping we would be happy to replace the item at no charge. Non-handcrafted items can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
