Monthly Prize Drawing

Every month we hold a prize drawing where every $1 (before shipping) spent at our store puts your name into the pot and on the first of next month the winner is determined randomly from the list of names. This means if you spend $12 at our store within the month, your name will go into the drawing 12 times, and so on. To be eligible for the next month's drawing you must make a purchase of at least $1 (before shipping) to have your name added to the list again. The prize each month is random, and worth between $10 and $20. There is no charge for shipping on the monthly prize item. The winning person will be contacted by email and will be given 7 days to respond to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed in those 7 days, a second name will be drawn.

Ordering Information
We accept PayPal, money orders in US funds, or carefully concealed cash. To place an order, please email info@evergreenrattery.com with the items you want, color if applicable, your method of payment, and your shipping address. Do not send payment without ordering first! After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours letting you know your total, where to send the money (if paying by money order or cash), or our PayPal address (if paying by PayPal). Many items are made after they are ordered so if you would like to make any changes to our current designs, feel free to ask about it in your email.

Returns
All hand-made items are non-returnable, though if there is a defect in the craftmanship or the item is damaged in shipping we would be happy to replace the item at no charge. Non-handcrafted items can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping.

Limit one discount per order and per month. Evergreen Rattery retains the rights to any and all pictures submitted for this purpose.
